If I could give 10 stars I would! What an incredibly professional team of individuals! Yaneri & Angel both deserve 10 stars each. I reached out to multiple inspectors and this team shined infinitely above the rest! Yaneri was my initial contact and was just such a warm and consummate professional! She helped get our multiple inspections booked despite our short lead time and followed up continuously through every inspection. We used Angel for two inspections back-to-back on two different homes. After receiving his comprehensive inspection reports swiftly (multiple realtors commented on the reports being the most thorough they had ever seen) we were able to have all of the the inspection findings remedied to his recommendation. He also personally called us after each inspection to discuss the findings and followed-up with final in-person inspections, which he also was able to accommodate despite having such a short notice. Great experience working with ANB Inspections, very professional and fast, very flexible. Thanks to Joey"s (Jose"s ) inspection and report, we negotiated a new roof and new A/C.The owner double checked by sending her roof inspector and air conditioning technician, just to confirm what Joey had already told us that needed to be changed/ fixed. As first time home buyers in US, his work enabled us to save lots of money and to live a safe and comfortable life as a family in our new home (not a new construction one ). Joey (Jose ) was there on time as agreed with our agent and performed a very detailed and professional inspection, giving us a summary at the end, explaining and answering all our questions. Report was very complete for all house parts, interior, exterior, roof etc., lots of pictures and details.Yaneri, the lady at the office managing the appointment, payment etc., was also very kind and helpful, a happy, great communicator, guiding me through the process .
